Pedersoli Howdah Hunter 20 GA. Pistol????

Does anyone own a Davide Pedersoli Howdah Hunter 20 GA. Pistol? Im considering buying or tradeing something in on one just to fool with a little plus "cool novelty" factor. Any feed back on how it works, loads, effectivness, what uses there are, and lastly the cheapest you found or seen it and where?

I do own a Howdah, not a Pedersoli so I cannot help you with prices. It accepts 16 gauge plastic wads, though it is nominally a 20 ga.
Because of the short barrels, I keep the loads at 2 drams (54 grains) of FFg. The powder is topped with a 1/8" nitro card, followed by either a modern plastic wad or a 1/4" felt wad then one oz. of shot and an 18 gauge OP card.
Being lazy, I have not patterned the loads using the 16 ga. The traditional wad column was tested with buckshot at 10 yards an birdshot at twenty. The buckshot (0 size) gave me a hand sized pattern at 10 yards. the birdshot pattern at twenty was dense enough to use on small game. I expect to take it out for birds some time this season. I expect that trying birds on the wing with a handgun will be challenging. First, I have to check the Game regulations.

^^I watched all the videos and im basically sold on one I just wanted peoples first hand expierences on them....and maybe a tip on a person or places letting one go cheap otherwise cabels is the likly choice at just under 500$
