    Just to clarify - this is an OC event? The proprietors are cool with a bunch of people OCing in their establishment? (I think the answer is "yes" but I just wanted to make sure.)

    we had an event there in the past and they had no problem with us open carrying in their establishment.

    No, it's a separate building from the mall. Don't have to even really get close to the main mall.
