Andy Roman for Lehgih Co Sheriff?
Ronald Rossi, incumbent Lehigh County Sheriff for 20 years, is being challenged by current County Comissioner Andy Roman in next Tuesday's election.
Roman was very critical of Rossi's excess LTCF fees... but only after the media, prompted by PAFOA members, broke the story. I'm not sure if Roman really supports 2A rights, or if he's just using this for political opportunity.
Any thoughts?

Re: Andy Roman for Lehgih Co Sheriff?
I can tell you this much - as of at least 3 1/2 weeks ago, the Lehigh County Sherriff's Office listed a recording when you call their number announcing a fee of $38 for a laminated/card LTCF or $20 for the "paper" (whatever that means) - even though I received my LTCF from Rossi's office for the standard $20.
If that recording hasn't been taken down yet, they should really get on it.

He has my vote based on my personal involvement with that fee issue and the board of comissioners on other matters as well.

Rossi is a fossil that needs to move on, he has done little for us or the sherifs that serve the area.
But he has played this game a while, I would not count on him losing!

According to the Morning Call, it would appear that Rossi won.

Re: Andy Roman for Lehgih Co Sheriff?
I voted for Sheriff Rossi based off the fact he signed 3 of my NFA Form 4's. I am being very honest here when I say he is the FIRST Democrat I have ever voted for. Like I've always said however, you can always 85% of the time tell where someone stands in politics based off their view of the 2nd Amendment.
I haven't lived in Lehigh County long or know Mr. Rossi that well. As for him being a fossil, one can not simply expect to clean the streets of Allentown up when you consider who 'occupies' this great city. Dessert can't be made with fecies...
