Default Got my Tripp 9mm mags

Thought I'd drop a pic of the new Tripp 1911 9mm magazines. These are for the old lady's PT1911. These are sexy mags, can't wait to shoot them. Um, I mean... I can't wait for HER to shoot them.

I seriously doubt you will have any issues with them, I use them in my 45 & 10mm 1911's and they function boringly flawless. I've been using them for 5 years or so.

I have Colt and Mecgar mags for my RIA Tac in 9mm that have worked well. What's the capacity on these and what did they run you (if you don't mind me asking)? Interested......

I ordered them directly from Tripp. Got 5 to hit the discount. Cost me $35 a pop shipped, plus or minus a buck. These are 10 rounders.

For the record, I'm a big fan of Wilson Combat mags for the 1911. I have a bunch of 47Ds and thought hard about adding a couple 500s today at Cabelas. But the Tripp mags are suuposed to be the second coming of 1911 mags for the 9mm.

Range report as soon as I can manage it.
