Taurus M380
Ok, talk me out of this please. I am always looking for something new/different seeing I have all of the auto's and revolvers that I really want/need. I see this new Taurus 380 acp revolver and think it's "different". Have no idea why I want a 380 revolver other than it's fairly unique - lol. Maybe a nice ankle bug or jacket pocket? Thoughts? I can't wait to hear the passion

Re: Taurus M380
IMO if your going with the revolver platform I'd never consider the .380 caliber. Get another 38 special (which I assume you already have).
If your after something different how about a KT PMR-30 or something like that?

Re: Taurus M380
Dont do it.
Get the Smith and Wesson 940 and ream out the cylinder and then you can shoot, 9x21, 9X23 and 38 super,
Leave the taurus alone.

Wow, out of your system in a day? Usually takes me a few weeks to get a new gun out of my head.....
How 'bout a revolver in .40 S&W (or 9mm)?

Take a look at the Charter Arms 40S&W. No need for moon clips. http://www.gunblast.com/Charter-PitBull.htm

Re: Taurus M380
I second the Charter. It's American and has a better customer service these days.If you're gonna go rimless in revolvers go big bore for the cheaper price and heavier grains in ammo. There's plenty of .357 bore diameter revolvers out there. And if you're really set on that bore in a rimless, wait for Charters nine mm. I have a Sig232SL in .380 and I love that pistol. But I don't want it in a snub. I'm waiting for the Charter Arms CARR in .45 ACP. Now that will be a thumper! And my buddy reloads for it! In the meantime I'll stick with my 158 gr (or more) .38s or .357s.
