when did the process become so fast

Everytime I had to renew my ltcf from the first one till this year (started in 2001) It has always been just fill out form,have pic taken, and they would hand you it within 5 minutes. I have had one from both Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties.

When their sheriff decided to make it so. Ours takes his time because he can by law, not because of any need to, and his office will purposefully take longer if you challenge his staff on the law.

That's why I was disappointed we didn't get enough votes to kick him out of office. The sheep just ate up the excuses of our solicitor and DA, some local reporters proved they didn't care to do any of their own legal research, and he won reelection despite the corruption.
