    Default PIC Status

I was under the impression the PIC would die sometime this month. Is that true or has it been moved or is PIC going to remain in place.

If you mean PICS, as in the Pennsylvania Instant Check System, it will remain in place until the laws are changed.

    PA's law requires it's existence.

I read it on the internets, so it must be true.

The state House was (is?) considering cutting funding to the State Police to administer the program. If cut, PA might switch to using the federal program, like most states do. see here or here

Maybe they oughtta cut funding to their unlawful 'record of sale database' that they were told to dismantle many years ago.

i have had trouble with the pics. i fought the state police 2 years ago for 8 months and proved them wrong. recieved a letter of reversal. bought a s&w M&p shortly thereafter no problem. last week i went to buy a .38 taurus AND WAS TOLD IM BEING RESEARCHED. the gun salesman told them i have a reversal letter and they said, we know about his letter. nothing has changed in 2 years, not even a traffic ticket. can they reverse a reversal on a whim?
