I heard that white oak shooting club in Greenville was hosting a Utah ccw class. Does anyone have any info?

I just taught a Utah permit class in Greenville, Pa. at the local Moose lodge back on August 20th. I imagine that's the one you were talking about.

I understand you had a class at the lodge. This one was definitely at white oak gun club. I think the instructor is from Ohio. How did your class go ?

Hadn't heard about one at the White Oak Gun Club. I thought that ours was the only one being held in the area at that time.

We had a great class. Super group of people and they asked some great questions. I even met some of them the night before and did the Florida live fire requirement for them so that they could apply to Florida as well as Utah. We always have some really great classes in Pa. That's why I'm always willing to come back up.

how much are they charging you guys for the class ? Does your sheriffs office print residents for free, or do they charge a few bucks ?

I run classes fairly regularly right across the line from you. I charge $100, maybe less, maybe free for you depending on what we do. I fingerprint for free. Feel free to give me a call at 724-944-1320.

Is Utah the best Concelled permit to have for recipricating states? I currently hold a PA. Notice some are saying florida as well?

Utah is one of the most widely reciprocated permits available. Between your PA LTCF and a Utah CFP you would be covered in 33 states, including Ohio. As you mentioned, Florida is also widely recognized. However, Florida is significantly more expensive than Utah. I believe that Utah offers the most "bang for your buck" among licenses. Arizona also offers a widely reciprocated permit.
