Gas to Tri-Fuel Generator Conversion
I started my conversion today. It went fairly smooth, only real issue was once the LP fuel venturi was installed between the air cleaner and the carb, the breather hose was too short. I had to make a quick trip out to pick up a longer hose and put it back together.
I didn't do a run test yet, I'm still waiting for my Hour Meter/Tach and the fuel line to run from the bottle to the generator. The mounting screws for the fuel regulator on the generator itself were kind of useless, but that was mostly because of where I mounted it. I had to drill through the frame, and they only supplied 3/4" bolts for that. I used 1 1/2" bolts. The screws to hold the venture onto the carb are just a little bit short because they had to go through the backplate of the air cleaner as well as the bracket to hold the cover to the air cleaner in place. But I think they'll hold fine.
I'll post back more once I get a run test out of it.

Re: Gas to Tri-Fuel Generator Conversion
I ordered it from here. There maybe other companies selling kits that may be cheaper, I don't really know. I have had a decent amount of correspondence with them and all questions have been answered in a prompt and friendly manner. It appears to be a small company selling a decent product.

Re: Gas to Tri-Fuel Generator Conversion
I just did the first test fire on the LP conversion. Followed the instructions for setting the flow screw to 5 turns out, and it was running too rich. Turned it back in 1/2 turn and it started to run really well. On gas, I was seeing 1830RPM's on LP I'm seeing 1860RPM's. I don't have time to do a load test right now, I'll see if I can get one done tomorrow. It also started much easier than on gas, 2 pulls vs a dozen or so pulls on gas.
I'll post pictures of the LP setup later this evening.Rules are written in the stone,
