Re: Ruidoso, NM Mayor bans all guns
And they're too blind to realize it's their politics that screwed everything up to begin with. It's like a spreading disease. What can the country do? Voting only goes so far; what happens when there exists a majority in the country who wish to destroy the Constitution? Is that still allowed because the majority voted for it?

Re: Ruidoso, NM Mayor bans all guns
Good to know you. I thought I was the only one who saw this. These liberals pander for the black vote often and illegal immigration for the latino vote and I dont ever see them with anyone of color until election time.
Notice liberals like the kennedys. they live in the most exclusive white neighborhoods, are always married to or dating white people and so forth. Yet the pander for the minority vote.
Most minorities seem to think the liberals are "for the black man" yet fail to realize they are intentionally kept down to control votes. If a young black girl never wants to work, live in section 8 housing and have 4 kids by 4 "baby daddys", and live off welfare, wic, food stamps and so forth the liberals wil be all for it. If that same girl wants to better herself it would be much cheaper to send her to college, but most will find that is much harder. Notice which groups will complain the most if mandatory drug testing was required for public assistance. Personally I think it should.
Conservatives are not perfect, but I think equal rights for all and special rights for none is better than quoatas and the things liberals use.

Re: Ruidoso, NM Mayor bans all guns
Just wrote a letter to the Ruidoso, NM Chamber of Commerce about how I will not relocate my small business to their town with elected officials who violate their oath of office, disregard State Supreme court rulings, and allow anyone to become a City Solicitor without any formal legal training because I'm sure any competent attorney would research proposed city ordinances before allowing the council to vote on them which would go against the US and State Constitutions and court rulings, not to mention State Preemption laws on firearm regulation.

Gun owners don’t have anything to fear because Police Chief Richard Williams is a sworn officer who is in the Oath Keeper tradition. He told the Mayor that he would not arrest anybody for carrying in the Council chambers because such a ban -- whether it’s a mere edict from the Mayor or an ordinance from the Council -- is unconstitutional.
Looks like Mayor Alborn’s edict is stillborn.

The mayor should be charged with a crime and sent to prison.
