SE PA goose/duck hunting help
Howdy
I'm a newbie to waterfowling and was hoping to get some tips/advice. I'm in SE PA and don't have any friends that are into hunting. I went on a guided goose hunt opening day and had a blast. I'd really like to start learning how to hunt geese and ducks but don't know anyone. I was just wondering if any SE PA waterfowlers would want to throw me a bone and help a rookie get started? Further, i'd just like to meet some other hunters as I didn't grow up in a hunting family/friend group and have come to it later in life (27).
Ideally i'd like to find a hunting partner that is willing to show me the ropes.
I'm more than willing to contribute by supplying decoys, blinds, supplies, etc. I know waterfowling is a ton of work and i'm not looking for a free ride.
I've always had good luck with people on this forum and figured i'd give it a shot. Any tips/advice on how to get started would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
