We went back to speak on preemption after getting denied the right to speak the last time because Timothy Havener was not a resident. We brought a resident and PAFOA member with us this time. I'll let the video do the talking...

Sue... and press criminal charges.
I can scrape up some cash for the fund. This arrogance pisses me off to no end.

I really wish the video has me saying that I am a resident and declining to give my address. I think that would compound the situation even more.

I apologize for not getting the camera up earlier. That is on me. I thought they would say "Okay" and let you speak. Never did I think a public official would be so reckless, arrogant and stupid enough, to not let one of their constituents speak.
There are numerous witnesses to it, and you can prove your residency.

Time to file a criminal complaint under the Sunshine Act, so it seems.

ETA: And yeah, time to work to get someone new in office. Let me know if I can help in any way.

I wonder if official oppression would fit here under freedom of speech!

I believe it would. This is also the perfect thing to reach out to the ACLU for some input as well; since this isn't just a firearms issue, this is predominately a speech issue.
Did I see local officers just sitting there in the meeting going along with it all? If so that's a damn shame that those tasked with enforcing the law are so keen on doing nothing when it's broken right in front of them.
