Are you and WCMG building a team yet? If so I'd like to join it.

With one of those, you can say, "Hold my beer and watch this", when the karen says that you are no match for our military. We need a network of those in our system.

That*s a fantastic project, please count me in, I don*t care how far the drive! If you need parts machined I*ve got a 14x40 lathe as well.

There*s more of them out there than you would know because most large bore DD owners are quiet people. Over the past months I*ve been getting into the big gun owner community. The average age is easily twice mine but everyone has been friendly and helpful once the ice is broken or an introduction is made. There*s barely any forums or FB groups, just business cards and long phone calls.

So I*m building a WWII 3 Inch M5 anti-tank gun. Hopefully get it restored and blank firing next year. I will have to obtain my FEL to buy powder to load live rounds. Projectiles will have to be machined because originals are rare collectibles. Brass is pricey but I found a few. Primers will need to be adapted. There*s a lot to figure out between here and there but this project is off to a good start and I got my Form 1 approved.

Here is one owned by a collector in TN:

    And an action shot:

Just bought this S&W 586 no dash from another member's f-i-l, as purchased with the faux ivory and Tyler-t grip, all dressed up in the presentation grips from my wife's 686-2.

S&W is real nice .Duty firearm in the 1980s but 686 SS was the issued firearm till Glock came on the scene mid 1980s .

A while back i bought a rifle and a pile of mags from a Woman. Today I sold all the mags for more than I paid for everything combined. Traded 5 of them for a new set of headphones, PS-90 mag and some gun oil. Still walked off with cash in the pocket.
