Did the norks really produce their own SKS?

Yup. There are known to be about 72 of them in the US and the only way they came in (I believe) was as Vietnam bring backs.

I’m a milsurp guy and I’ve currently got SKS flavors in Russian, Romanian x2, Chinese Factory 26, Yugoslavian M59 and M59/66, and Albanian. I need (but will likely never have) North Korean, East German, and North Vietnamese.

I know it’s a pic thread but I can’t help running my mouth. If anyone is familiar with Instructie marked Mosin Nagants I recently scored an Instructie marked Romanian SKS. Talking to some learned SKS guys it is possibly one of one known to exist in the US and was unknown until I got it and started asking around.

How you gonna complete your SKS collection without an Instructie marked Romanian SKS, Cruzans? Lol. I jest.
