With the Labor Day deals starting... I picked up some more 9mm Mak ammo from AIM. $12.95 a box of brass 9mm Mak is a good deal.

The crowns on both sides on the back of the slide is the giveaway. Comes in a Tupperware box with commemorative letter of King Hussein. Story goes a few hundred were made in his honor but order cancelled and never delivered ? Anyhow, I have 2 now - lol.

Ordered the last SR-15 lower half Tombstone Tactical had in stock. I have a Mod 1 upper half I bought lightly used, but have been running it on an Armalite lower, which just didn't look right.
I'll feel better when it's back in factory config. Plus I wanted a 5.56 with ambi controls.

I hope you get your order faster than I got mine.
It took about a month for them to ship some parts (card was charged immediately) and when it arrived it was only a partial order - the rest came several days later.

It was worth the wait because 2 items I ordered were each about $40 less than anyone else's sale prices, but still frustrating.
