Picked up my second Savage Model 1917, this one is in .380, it was missing grips and magazine but I'll be able to find some to replace it (already found a few spots to get reproduction magazines)

40+ degrees in Feb means range time!! I had to try out my Pennsylvania made Freedom Armory Grenadier 45ACP suppressor on my new FN FNX-45 Tactical 45ACP and I was blown away. This combination is insanely quiet. You know when you watch a movie and the hitman kills someone with a man cannon inside a house and all you hear is pew-pew, well this is little louder then pew-pew, but it will definitely make you have that face of "WOW - ARE YOU SERIOUS!!"

Could you take a video next time? I always like to hear how different supressors sound.

What ammo were you using? Subsonic loads?

Thanks. It's a P229 Elite in .40S&W. I have wanted to pick up either an Elite or a Scorpion for sometime, since I like the way it looks and handles with the beavertail. This one was just too good a price to pass up.

Same went for the AR. Being that I was an AK guy, I wanted a Piston AR. Another great deal on something I couldn't pass up. My wallet is a lot lighter, but my collection is getting heavier. Now I just need to find sights and an optic for it. I have a crappy red dot that I can throw on it for the time being, but I wanna be tacticool.
