Working in a gun store is going to be detrimental...2 guns in 5 days.

My first Smith and Wesson... model 22a-1. Appears to be a competition model... heavy barrel with top rail, 2 10 round mags, 22LR.

Not pictured, yet, pre serial number days Nobel model 20 rifle. 22 short, 22 long and 22lr. Lyman peep sight, single shot bolt action with manual set firing pin. Great condition for its age...hasn't seen the light of day, according to the lady selling it, in 30 years. Was won on the NJ boardwalk late 50/early 60s.

Fired them both and both are tack drivers.

Went by the gun store this evening and asked had they got anything new in. They had just got this Desert Eagle 1911 in and hadn't put it in the show case yet. I think it was "Love at first sight". Got home with it and noticed the label on the box said w/knife. I didn't know it had a knife with it but looked under the foam and there it was.

Cool! Made in Israel , US or elsewhere?

Don't like the front slide serrations though. Aside from being ugly , I've seen more than a few slides crack there.

Gotta wait until November for delivery, but super psycned to move to Open Division in USPSA. Made my return to Limited this year and I guess I'm too old for irons lol. Total sh** show.
