Replaced our 70 year old boiler.

Got this installed last week.

I grew up with an ancient oil fired steam boiler. It was easily 30 years before my mother moved out and I have no idea when it was installed and if its still there (would be pushing 70 now) but with normal maintenance it ran and ran. Here's to another 70 years!

Fantastic choice. We are the last house on the MetEd line; further up the valley it switches to Adams electric. Needless to say, we don’t get the premium service out this way! Wells need power, and Horses drink a lot of water. We’ve had our 2K and 6k gennies for 20 years with perfect reliability. In fact the 2k bounces around in a tractor bucket whenever we need power for big construction projects like fences, run in sheds, etc.

Joining the red dot for carry game. The Rockslide USA threw me for a loop because the optic wouldn't snug down. I finally figured out the posts were too tall with respect to the screw chamfer hitting the top. Filed 0.03" off the posts and the fit is perfect. Ameriglo 611s I think they were. Black rear, yellow/green tritium front.

Snagged the Holosun 407a3 on sale at PSA for $169. No solar, but that's ok by me for the cost savings.

New holster for the new Rhino 40DS. Never used the company before - Arizona Gun Leather - seems like a quality piece. Color I chose, some probably won't like but they have "normal" colors too ( the light in room makes it look orange, it's really darker tan "ish" - lol )
