No. There's no lip on the case for the extractor to catch. And O-rings hold the laser cartridge snug in the chamber.

Scruff explained how the cartridge stays put. If you want to remove the laser cartridge, you lock your slide back, and I use the flat end of a pen to push it out. Obviously I shove the pen from the muzzle to the breach.
