Applying for LTCF

I applied for my LCTF on September 1. As of today, I have not received notification of acceptance or denial. If I'm counting correctly, that's 50 days. I called to check on the status of the application, but got only a recorded message saying that not only do they not give information over the phone, but that the '45 days does not include weekends or holidays'. This is complete crap.

The following words and phrases, when used in any statute finally enacted on or after September 1, 1937, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, shall have the meanings given to them in this section:

Any update?

My favourite application requirement was the specs for the photo--two of them specifying a different size each. Happily the GU doesn't seem to care to measure and as long as it about a US passport size they seem fine.
