Re: Considering joining SCCSFA
I'm going to be at SCCSFA tomorrow morning at 10AM if any members want to meet up and shoot some rifles. I'm probably going to be at the 50 yard range.

Re: Considering joining SCCSFA
We've had a family membership for a couple of years, and really enjoy the range.
I'll be at the 25 yd range for an hour every day in the coming week trying to achieve "oneness with the front sight" to prepare for next week's USPSA match.
Who is going to Field Day? It would be a great opportunity if some forum members want to meet.Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

Re: Considering joining SCCSFA
I am a newer member at SCCSFA and try and get out to the range on Monday's... the ranges tend to be much less crowded and I have met a few helpful members that took their time to help me get to know the ranges and rules.
Let me know if some of the SCCSFA / PAFOA members ever need someone to shoot with at the range.... I live 5 minutes away and always looking for a good excuse to get out on the range.
Family and I will be at Field day on 9/29.

I've been reading this thread, funny, back in 2012, you could emai. The club and get in the next orientation meeting. Last night, the next orientation opened and it filled up within one minute.
My how times have changed.

Re: Considering joining SCCSFA
I don't think they even opened it up, I was online at 12 and as soon as I hit the site it said 0 spots left. I talked to someone about the club and he said it's like a country club, it's all who you know, that's how you get in. I'm gonna try another club that is opening up it's membership in May after they finish their renovations. I work with a current member who is pretty sure they will be adding more memberships, they gotta pay for those costly renovations somehow :-)
