    It would be lovely if we could get something like that passed in this state!

    Now that we have Castle Doctrine passed, perhaps something of this nature could become our new cause.

    Something like this should be added to HB 1523. Not only can we sue and get are fees paid but an extra $5000 per person who enacted the law would put teeth into in.

    The penalties in Pennsylvania are so little regarded that there is no sentencing guidelines for violation of 6120....
