    Default Looking for Holster

I am looking for suggestions on what type of holster to purchase for my Glock 26 with a Crimson Laser. This is my daily carry and I am looking to upgrade my holster as I have a cheap nylon holster currently. If it helps I usually wear it OWB.

    Thanks.

Price range? And don't say less than fifty bucks...

    Kydex or leather?

Take a look at this then shop around for the best price.

I use a Fobus to carry my LCP and have one on the way for my P95.

Don't take this as a personal attack, but Fobus holsters are junk.

Everybody should buy a fobus to start off their "holsters that don't work" box....

I wouldn't even use one as a range holster.

That being said, Is the CT the one that fits under the frame or is it the grip mounted one?

For OWB quality ones are too numerous to list. Don't expect to pay less than $50 for one that is acceptable. In leather I like the Galco combatmaster or the DeSantis mini slide. In kydex I like our forum's own Atomic Dog.

I've not had any problems with mine. It worked right out of the box. YMMV.

    Define "worked".

I don't want to get into a pissing match with you, especially over something as trivial as fobus holsters. If you feel that a $12 holster is good enough for you then by all means have at it. For myself and lots of other people that carry on a daily basis it is not.

Funny your asking, I just today received my 2nd holster from Tommy Theis and it happens to be for a Glock 26.

$65 horsehide and kydex with metal adjustable height clips shipped to your door in less then 2 weeks (think Supertuck).

Had one for my 640 357mag and liked it so I got it for the Glock and just said to the wife it is so much more comfortable then the Don Humme I been using.

http://www.theisholsters.com/ - good price includes shipping, good materials, comfortable and lifetime guarantee including try it and if you dont like it send it back for your money.

Comptac Spartan or Minotaur. Crossbreed holsters are so wide; I don't know why. I used one to carry a 1911 for a while. I am very happy with the Comptac Spartan for my G19.
