Re: Open Carry in Bucks County
I'd definitely be up for an OC lunch. There are some great places around here. I actually work in Doylestown and I live the next town over from Doylestown, Warrington.
There is Mosquito Bar/Grill, The Freighthouse (more upscale), Chambers, Unos, Fridays, Houlihans, etc all within 5 minutes of eachother.

they are all in my back yard. Well Mosquito and Freighthouse at least. I know most of the LEO's in area. Some are OK some aren't. Some think they should be the only ones with Weapons.

Re: Open Carry in Bucks County
I haven't even bothered attempting OC in the area. As I have stated before in other threads, the soccer moms are more worried than anyone and I don't see any sense in stirring up fear in a mother with her children. However, most will just assume that you are a cop.
I honestly have NEVER seen someone OC'ing in the area, especially in the Doylestown area (artsy/hippy/anti's).

Re: Open Carry in Bucks County
So I had to go to the Kohls in Warrington the other day, I was wearing black dress pants, black button up shirt, OC with a uncle mikes sidekick and my sigarms P250 two tone. No one even noticed. I'm becoming more convince that if you dont act as though you are doing something different most people will not notice, most people who don't carry a handgun don't look for "printing" or OC the way someone who does carry a firearm would. They simply are not aware of it, i guess it seems that foreign to most people.
Anyway just thought i would share, hope all is well.

Re: Open Carry in Bucks County
I've found that if you have an air of authority or some Situational Awareness people disregard. Then again if I OC I have me 235 badge for work displayed.
