Lock's Gun Exchange
It's on Rowland ave. in N.E. Philly. I Go there for all my purchases and sometimes just to kill some time. Good prices, good selection. Some very interesting pieces also. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Re: Lock's Gun Exchange
They're a few blocks from my house, personally I think the prices on some of their guns are a bit high. Not outragous but, a little higher than other shops I frequent. They have a big selection, but I wouldn't buy from them. The one guy, I guess he's the owner, has been rude to me each time I've been in there.
I was looking to buy a new pistol a few months back and each time I asked to compare a few different pistols he'd let out a sigh and roll his eyes, needless to say I took my money to Delia's on Torresdale Ave, Jack there is very patient and took his time helping me find what I wanted.

Re: Lock's Gun Exchange
I purchased three hand guns and one long gun from Delia's and they were able to match and even beat competitor's prices by 10%. Thay are a treat to deal with. Fred is one of the nicest guys to buy a gun from. He will go out of his way to help you and find what you need.

Re: Lock's Gun Exchange
I bought a sig 232 a couple years ago at lock's. great experience. I knew what I wanted and knew what a "good" price would be and ended up buying.
I have also had good transactions at several other shops in the last few years including TargetMaster, and a friend of a friend who is an FFL running a business from his home...Of every one hundred men in battle, ten should not even be there. Eighty, are nothing but targets. Nine are the real fighters, we are lucky to have them since they make the battle. Ah, but the one—one is the Warrior—and he brings the others home. —Heracletus
