    Question Youth BB guns

    Hi,
Looking for suggestions for a BB gun for my 10 yo daughter. She is a little big for the Daisy Buck she has been using, and we're passing it on to the 7 yo. I am looking at the Daisy Red Ryder and Daisy Grizzly. She is not particularly strong, so she needs a light one with a relatively easy lever. We don't want to put the money into a CO2 gun for a while yet. Would appreciate advice on these two guns and any others that might work for her.
Also, does anyone know of a shop in the Pittsburgh area that has a variety youth BB gun brands available?
    Thanks!

It's hard to top the Red Ryder, just about everyone had one as a kid.

Just be careful that she doesn't put an eye out!

well the red ryder is classic, but i would go with the grizzly cause it is more akin to modern rifle. only problem is that i think the action is heavy, but thats just me.

I think the Red Ryder would be best bet.

btw, when you do get into the CO2 market, might i suggest the walther PPK/S. It's a blow-back CO2 action, handles and strips just like the real thing, and the recoil aint bad either. only difference is that the safety is a lever on the frame instead of the thumb lever on the slide. they run 60 just for the gun and 70 for a kit at pyramydair.com
