    Default handgun opinions-everybody has one

So what's yours ? I'm looking for a 9mm concealed carry as my M&P full size is a bit large for summer.
I like the S&W M&Pc very much but have been looking for quite a while & can't find any in stock,Tanner's has no idea when they will get more in,the same for Bud's Gun Shop. I've decided against the Beretta & I've narrowed it down to the following :
    Springfield XD 9801
    Springfield XDM 9389
    Ruger SR9C
Kahr CX9093-although that only hads 7 rounds,it gets dinged for that
Or should I wait till the S&W M&P9c becomes available ?
Only have real shooting experience with my M&P & don't know enough about the others so I'm having trouble making an informed decision

My vote is the Kahr, while its great to have the extra capacity in the full size firearms width is important to me in a concealed carry firearm.

I hear that, though I should mention they are all compacts, none full sized, capacities range from 7-10,& the S&W is 12, barrels range from 3"-3.8"

I love the 1911 design and history. It was the first handgun I purchased, I actually purchased it on my 21st birthday.

But then later I bought a SIG.

Wow. I am now in love with SIG.

Love mine. Never a glitch. Same "platform" equals some interchangeability of parts. Takes the FS mags. Apex kit. Love mine.

I love both of my carry pistols...

    Springfield XD9SC... Runs flawlessly!

Walther PPS .40 (they offer a 9mm too)... Super slim! Less than an inch thick!
