I asked who's name I should use if I should have any problems at the store while OC'ing, I was told to refer to Rick Armour. I was not told who he was but after looking him up I was able to find that he is the vice president of That Pet Place

Awesome job. As mentioned before, complaints need to be lodged when we see a problem but PLEASE follow through with a thank you if things change in our favor. Don't put it off....you will forget.
