    Default Glock 26 pocket carry

So I am going out tonight and the clothing I will be wearing makes it too tight to wear my High Noon Split decision with my glock 26. I MUST conceal tonight. I was thinking of putting my SD in my front pocket with nothing else in it. Keys, wallet always go in another pocket and I can place my cell phone else where. Anyone think this is wise? I suppose I dont have to carry but it would be peace of mind, since it will be after midnight.

I carry my 26 in the front pocket with a pocket holster, when I am not carrying my 29. Don't forget your spare mag. for the mobs.

Is it a dedicated pocket holster? I do need spare mags, they are my next addons 25$ a pop though.

The G26 is a bit too big, IMO to pocket carry. Of course, what's too big is upto the person carrying it. For situations like yours, this is why I bought a pocket .380. It's far from my first choice as a self defense firearm, but it beats nothing when you "can't" carry, due to clothing. My G30 fits in my pockets, but it's WAY too bulky

I wouldn't carry in the pocket without a pocket holster. Go out an buy a cheap universal pocket holster than with fit the g26. All pocket holsters have to do to work correctly is keep the gun still in your pocket, and stay IN the pocket when you draw.

With a holster I would. I pocket carried my g23 for years at work.

If you don't have a dedicated pocket holster (which you don't say if you have) it would be extremely stupid.

With a pocket holster, OK, just make sure you take the holster out of your pocket before attempting to reholster the pistol.

Ahh I think I'll just carry the OC Spray and knife instead just to be safe. I am going to order a SW .380 bodyguard soon.

26/27/33= Usually too big for normal pockets. Cargo pockets could work. An ankle holster as well.
