Philly Jury Duty
So I have jury duty on July 14th and have to report at 8am. My question is, does anyone know for sure if the lockers are available that early in the morning?

Re: Philly Jury Duty
There is only one entrance. Check your firearm, proceed through the metal detectors and I think the Jury Duty assembly room is to the left after that (If I remember correctly. Been a while since I've been there for jury duty.)
It doesn't matter if the courtroom is in the CJC or City Hall. You'll be escorted to either from the CJC assembly room.MikeP

Go up to the main front desk once you enter the room. Bring your LTCF as they want to see it and write your name down on a paper log. They will walk you over the the locker room, you pick a locker, lock it up, take your key, and tell the guy with the paper log what locker number your in.
Thats it. I had to do it for 2 days of jury duty. No issues.

Re: Philly Jury Duty
I haven't checked in my CCW at the courthouse since I didn't carry that day, but did inquire about it from the cop/guard at the metal detector and he didn't know anything about it. He did direct me to another cop who knew about it and told me that I could check my firearm with the front desk supervisor/officer if I had one on me. Point is, go directly to the front desk, not to the line to the metal detector; and, some cops standing around the courthouse may not know anything about it.
