5.56 and 40S&W
Lets get 2-3 people with limited funds together to get some .40 and 5.56.
PM me or email and we can work out the details. It takes 40 muscles to frown, but only 4 to pull the trigger on a decent sniper rifle.

Re: 5.56 and 40S&W
If I was 18 now I'd be in but the Palmetto State Armory has a really great deal on PMC M855 ammo.

Re: 5.56 and 40S&W
These are Palmetto State Armory Prices
PMC X-TAC 5.56 M855 62 Grain Full Metal Jacket with Steel Core Box of 20
$5.79 per 20rd box
Thats $289.50 per thousand
Federal XM193F 5.56mm 55 grain FMJ, 20rd box, Packaged in 500rd cases
$5.89 per 20rd
Thats $294.50 per thousand
Federal .40 S&W 180gr FMJ Box of 50rd. This is new ammunition that is brass cased, boxer primed, fully reloadable.
$13.95 per 50rd
Thats $279.00 per thousand
Shipping is $12.00 per thousand for either load.
I did 30 minutes of due diligence and determined that there was nowhere else that could touch those prices. If someone has any ideas I would LOVE to hear from them.
(I wonder if it is cool to shoot those M855's at PMSC)It takes 40 muscles to frown, but only 4 to pull the trigger on a decent sniper rifle.

I've always liked aimsurplus. If you can get a big enough order together, it's the same price on the ammo but the shipping came out a little cheaper. It came out to $54 shipping with 4000 rounds of .223 in the cart.
I may be interested in a case of wolf .223, but I didn't see any on palmetto but I could have missed it. Let me know

Re: 5.56 and 40S&W
Great info. Though $56 shipping for 4000 is $8 more than Palmettos flat $12 per 1000 which would be $48 for shipping.
What made you consider Wolf....they are all steel case right? Isn't brass better for the firearm?
Lets see if we can garner enough interest to get a butt-load.It takes 40 muscles to frown, but only 4 to pull the trigger on a decent sniper rifle.

Re: 5.56 and 40S&W
Walmart sells the Winchester 165gr .40 value pack of 100 rnds for 28.95 + tax.
this works out to about $307.00 for 1000 rnds no shipping involved. I would like to see something be clser to the $250 shipped price for .40 but I don't see that happening really.
