Thanks for the congrats. I'm by Evergreen Hollow and 715.
I take Effort Neola Road to 715 to avoid the school zone traffic on 115 when I go to work in the afternoon. My daughter has a friend who lives off of Warner Road, which I'm guessing isn't too far from you. I know the area is a little pricier tax-wise than mine (Carbon County), but it looks like a nice area when I'm driving by.

Take advantage of that. If you are interested in repos, get someone who also specializes in that. An inspection by a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) is a great idea BEFORE you make an offer. You can get ammo from the inspection that can be used in your offer

I wish they would stop digging holes in Hamilton South/old Rt 115 in Saylorsburg. They have been digging up that road on a regular basis since October 2011. I don't think that there are that many water pipes under that road!

at least they finally repaved it!
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

This old thread was shown at the bottom of the page and I'm like wow I remember that. So here's a 10 year necrothread update

Still in the same house, kid got Eagle inT98, Grad Pregnant Valley. Jobs sucked alot and bounced around a lot, but I'm doing good now.
    Met alot of good friends.
Started the shop, the township was very cool with it.
Like the area, again the township is better than penndot on the roads, didn't even think to ask about that before.
All the parks went in and I/my troop has a hand in alot of the park upkeep and improvements.

All in all it was a good move I'd do it again. Still love the house.
