Re: My current collection
Nice collection with a good balance of bolt guns and semi's.
I like revolvers though and think you should add a couple more wheel guns....if I may presume to make such a suggestion.

Stoeger 12 gauge Coach Gun. I love it.
The DE is one of my favorite guns. It's just so huge and loud.
I like the .357 but I'm really more of a semi-auto kinda guy. I may get a single action .45 Colt though. Maybe I'll wait for someone to come out with a wheel gun in 450 Bushmaster to accompany my 450 AR15. Freedom Arms makes their BFR in 45-70 so it should be possible.Last edited by jeepejeep; June 25th, 2011 at 02:23 AM.

Very nice collection. I noticed you got some optics on the D.E. that must be cool. I also noticed you had a Kel-Tec and Hi-Point carbine, what calibers are they chambered for?

Re: My current collection
might have to kick you for that mauser...if you did that, you've ruined what could have easily been an $800-$1200 rifle, assuming it's German...not many other nations used the "lange vizier" rear sight, or the "roller coaster" rear sight as many American collectors refer to it.
sorry if I come across a little harsh, but I'm a military firearms collector, and an unaltered Gew.98 is one of my grails, and one of a few missing links in my WWI collection, and seeing a cut-down, "sporterized" one just gets my blood boiling. I'd post pics of my collection, but I doubt anyone would be interested in a buttload of old bolt guns.Last edited by Sniperfreak; June 26th, 2011 at 08:38 AM.
