House shopping Q's
I have a relative or two that might be considering moving to the Lancaster area. What are property taxes like there these days? Any particular notion as to how utility rates are and other home related expenses?

I'm in brecknock twp ( n.east of county-15 miles from READING,PA.) OUR taxes are approx. 2800.00 per year. we have a heat pump and that runs us on budget plan about $130 per month. some twp and towns in lancaster charge 3% of homes cost for taxes..hope i've been of some help.
