    Default Residency requirement

How long must you be a resident of Pa,or have a PA drivers license for in order to obtain a conceal carry permit? Also,on the application,do your references have to be residents of PA?

From the moment you become a resident, or obtain a Pa. Driver's License, or any time thereafter.

    No.

You apply in the county where you reside, your info say Erie County, the above link will help you out.

Also, I'm not sure if Erie is going to be like this, but Lehigh was VERY particular that my form be front and back, not 2 pages. I printed my first application from the internet and had to copy it down onto another because it wasn't to their liking.

Print out just Page 1 on your printer. Take that piece of paper, run it through the printer again when printing Page 2. Voila! One sheet, both sides printed, just like they want it.

Nothing besides their own silly rules even requires you to be a resident. Many people have non-resident LTCF's, mostly from Centre County, but nothing is stopping anyone else from issuing them.

The above is correct insofar as non-PA residents may (or by statute should be able to) obtain a LTCF from any county, but for clarity it is probably also worth noting that once you are a resident of a particular PA county, you may only obtain the LTCF from your county of residence at the time of application. The term "non-resident" in the context of obtaining a non-resident LTCF refers to those who are not residents of PA, it does not refer to those who are residents of one PA county but wish to apply in another county (which is not permitted).
