Non-law enforcement fingerprinting in Phila, Pa?
Since AZ doesn't require a PD to do their fingerprint cards, where is a good place to have them done in or near Philly?
I had the Upper Darby police department do my prints for my FL license. If I can't find a place close, maybe I should just go there again.
Thanks.

Several folks here have used this guy in Philly with great results:

I got my photos there for my PA LTCF. It was quick and easy, only took a few minutes.
The price is negotiable. There is also a competing service right on the other side of the street. Use this to get the best price.

I am pretty sure that both trucks were there when I got my photos, but that was over a year ago. Either way, I talked him down on the price. Just trying to save a fellow forum member some money.

Rosa and Wulu are both still there and both still "in the game."
They will squabble w/ each other vociferously over your business, but just remain calm.
I chose Joe @ Wulu (for my AZ CWP fingerprints), but for all I know Rosa Photo might do a good job too... I was under the impression that she was shut down from the fake ID sting in 2008, but apparently that was "some kind of misunderstanding" or some such... I dunno... But she was definitely there when I met Joe Doe for my appointment, literally cursing me for using Wulu instead of her.... Meh...

You can also get fingerprinting done at any UPS store. I had to get fingerprinted for an internship and was referred there. Don't ask me why they do it, doesn't seem to fit in with boxes and packing tape. I guess its just one more thing that brown can do for you.
ETA: I don't remember how much it cost. Sorry.will that extra 15% matter? not as much as being able to put one in their face. ~Edg

With UPS, you have to make an online reservation through some third party company's website (I forget it off top of my head). On that website, you have to choose what gov't dept. the prints will be sent to, and for what job...
An non-res. CWP, etc. is not one of them. It's all things like Dept. of Education, DHS, and what not...
I spoke to a UPS Store employee, as well as emailing the UPS Store, and they told me that if the prints were not for one of the reasons outlined on that third party's website, they won't accept the online reservation...
FWIW...
And also FWIW (regarding the comment from another poster that 'LE will remove all doubt of a screw-up' or some such): On this forum I have read of exactly one more instance of a LEO messing up the prints than I have of Wulu Photo messing up the prints...
So there's some grist for the mill
I'm telling ya, OP - Your best bet, for your AZ CWP , in Phila., is Joe Doe @ Wulu Photo.

Bones
