This is the last day of my annual training. If I can time it right I may be able to stop by but I doubt it.

Is there a web site for this show (or any other information)? Does anyone know how many vendors will attend?

It's run by the PA Gun Collectors Assoc. Here is their web site.

Thanks for the link... it was helpful, but didn't contain much information. I am guessing that the sour weather forecast for the weekend may help attendance. Has anyone attended this show in the past? If so, was it any better than the Monroeville show?

It has many of the same vendors. I'd rate it a bit above the Monroeville show. Any gun show is better than none.

I like it better than the E&C show at Monroeville. It does seem to have more gun vendors and less flea market vendors. Being put on by the Gun Collectors Assoc. seems to draw more collector type of guns. It also draws Military memorabilia.

My wife and I decided to check this out yesterday. We took both of our small children in a stroller. At the entrance, a smug police officer said "I'm going to have to take that", pointing at the stroller. I'm not about to support a show where security is intent on confiscating a stroller. Since one child is only 8 months old and the other 2 1/2, there was no way for us to attend without the stroller. The arrogant attitude was quite irritating and the hosts of this gun show can thank their police for driving away paying customers. Oddly enough, there were very few people attending at the time and our stroller certainly wouldn't have been a problem for other customers.

Is this for real? If so, I'm sure a few reading this post are holding a "position of authority" in PGCA and can make sure this doesn't happen again.

OTOH, given the slimey tactics of the anti-gun community to say and do anything to smear gunshows and gun-owners, I can understand some paranoia.
