Re: Allegheny Country Rifle Club Gun Bash
I saw conflicting dates of July 23rd and July 24th - which one is it? If it is July 23rd, I can make it. Will there be tickets at the door? Also, what is the address of the hall? Can you e-mail me at cklazon@comcast.net with the info - it is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

It is definitely this Saturday (7/23) from Noon-6PM. Tickets typically do not sell out so I would think there will be some available that day. You can also go to the ACRC club house to buy one any day this week. The gun bash is held at the Ross Township Community Center park. Follow this link for address, directions, and a Google map:

Re: Allegheny Country Rifle Club Gun Bash
Not to be a further pain, but what time do the doors open? And about how many guns are on the ticket?

Starts at 12 noon and ends at 6 with drawings every 15 minutes between 12:30 & 5:30. There will be 16 guns and 5 cash prizes and each ticket can win multiple times. Last year a forum member won two hand guns. The ticket also gets you food & drink.

Re: Allegheny Country Rifle Club Gun Bash
whether or not a particular club is good for you depends on what you want to do. after greater pitt closed a few years ago, i went searching for a new place to shoot. i can tell you neither millvale nor allegheny rifle club suited my needs...but they may suit yours. allegheny rifle club in particular, seemed to have very restrictive rules. i got the impression it would be a nice place to sight in...

Re: Allegheny Country Rifle Club Gun Bash
The club itself isn't for everyone but it has a year + wait to get in from the waiting list so enough people seem to like it. Regardless, this is about the gun bash only and not the facilities or policies.
