Got package I didn't order and getting billed for it!!!

ok, not about guns but...

My wife gets the Taste of Home magazine monthly. Now they sent a cookbook we did NOT order with an invoice of $23.98. According to the invoice we don't have to pay it if we ship the book back within 30 days. WTF! Why should I pay to ship a book I never ordered!!!

Am I legally obligated to return it at my cost???!!! If no then what? Do I keep it?

If you did not order it, then you are not legally obligated to pay for it. In fact, you are not even legally obligated to return it; you may legally keep it as a free gift.

Advise them that their that their 30 day free trial of your storage facility is running out and to either submit payment for another 30 days or the book will be sold to cover their back fees.

Happened to me and a friend, he didn't pay for his free book. I didn't pay for a video I never ordered. Kkept getting bills in the mail so I finally wrote them saying I didn't order the video and was not paying for it. Never heard from them again about it. It was from Infisherman.
