:P good OC encounter at T-ville chinese place

......the one by Weis markets (Mr. Z's) and the liquor store.

I was waiting for them to finish making my take-out order when two women came in to place an order. After a minute, one of them made a comment to me that I had everything (I was wearing a stuffed backpack with a loaf of bread strapped to one side, a bottle of plum sake to the other--total weight about 30lbs.), to which I responded that I had not quite everything, I had no kitchen sink

The response was to ask...about my gun i dont remember exactly how the conversation went, but this is the gist of the part that stuck in my head:

her: Do you have a license?
me: Yep
her: How much did they charge you?
me: The fee for it is 25$
her: And to carry?
me: That IS to carry. Are you from New York or Jersey? (i had a hunch)
her: We live here now, but are originally from NY.
me: Well, unlike NY, we don't have to have a license here just to own a gun, only to carry one concealed or in a car.

Chatted some more (turns out we went to school together) and I gave her some more info about laws, and wrote down the PAFOA web address for her to look up more information. She seemed really interested in possibly getting and carrying a pistol, so maybe we will gain another carrier out of this.

all in all, one more good OC encounter.
