    Thumbs up King Shooter's Supply

King Shooter's Supply in King Of Prussia, PA www.betterbullets.com is a very good shop to do business with.

Rogers' hardcast bullets are highest quality and reasonably priced.

They have a very good selection of guns in the store, new and used, handguns and long guns and the gun prices are very good too.

The store is stocked with lots of stuff and the people inside are friendly and helpful.

    Being open late helps too.

I get a lot of supplies there as well as a few firearms and have always been pleased.

Just thought I'd put it out there.

I have never purchased a gun from them but have done several transfers there. The transfers always went smooth and they are friendly people.

+1. I did a private party transfer there a little over a year ago. I had no complaints at all -- friendly staff, easy process, reasonable cost for my buyer. If I needed an FFL in that area again, I'd definitely go back.

I'm in there once every few months buying a couple hundred bucks of reloading supplies for myself and a few friends. They almost always have what I need in stock and the few times I've had to order things, I've had them at my door within the week. Everyone that I've dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable. Even when I ask for something rare, Like VihtaVuori 3N38 or N540. They've had it in stock. Impressive. From what I have seen, the ammo seems to be reasonably priced too.

The only downside to this place is the cost of the firearms for sale. $615+Xfer and tax for a used Gen3 G21? $1035+Xfer and tax for a new 9mm HK P30L? Tanner's has the same two guns in the same condition for less(Or did the last I saw). $500 Even for the Glock 21 and $949 for the P30L also in 9mm. That said, Kings did have a new P220 Standard for sale for $770 which is a pretty good price I think. To be fair though, Tanner's also has a new P220 Standard for $20 less. Realistically, the way gasoline is now, if you live in KOP, You'll spend the $20 just getting to Tanner's and back...

Aside from the price of firearms there, I can't say enough good things.

noted their prices on higher end 1911s and 2011s are much higher than most.. also seems only 1 guy that works / owns the place knows anything about handguns the rest of the guys cant answer a single question, however they are very polite and welcoming

Can't hurt to ask them to match prices from competitors.

I went to King today to buy my first handgun. My focus was on the XDM series but I also wanted to take a look at a Sig Sauer P229. The Sig was out of my budget I had for my first gun, but I knew that already from my research.

Anyway the two gentlemen working the counter were great guys and made me feel right at home. I'm now the happy owner of an XDM 9mm and I couldn't be happier. I will be back to Kings as my gun collection grows!
