Default Need to carry in Delaware

Wondering what non-resident permit is the best to get to gain Delaware. Permit would preferably also get me OH.

AZ would work for OH and DE and they are processing them quickly...less than 2 weeks.

Email them and ask for an application packet.

Here's a good place to start:
    http://www.azdps.gov/Services/Concealed_Weapons/

You need to email them to get the application packet. They send that out pretty quickly. Mine arrived in about 5 days. You need 2 fingerprint cards and proof of some firearms course. They list on their site what is acceptable, I used my PA hunter safety course. Hope some of that helps!

No, but the kickbacks are nice

Funny thing is, there's a good chance (99.9%) chance that I'll never step foot in AZ.

You should rethink that! I've been there once and I loved it! Not sure I'd feel the same way if it had been summer though .

    Maine's permit will also work.

I got Utah for Delaware and Ohio so I have no reports from personal experience on Arizona, however, based on what I've read it sounds like Arizona is a really good bet.

I would very likely have done Arizona over Utah had I known at the time.

As for carry in Delaware, you should acquaint yourself with Delaware Open Carry at: http://deloc.org/

...good group of folks over there, and many of the key players are also members here. There are some important differences between DE and PA law and you are going to want to make sure you are up to speed.

Like my carry experiences here, I have never had any trouble there, but I have read of some horror stories.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
