Finally got to the range with my Deutsche Werke Ortgies 6.35. Every round went bang, and very accurate for a little pocket pistol ! Recoil spring looked pretty beat so got a new service pack cheap from wolff so should be in soon. Can't decide if it's the bright nickel or matte nickel, seems to be in between ! In either case, I read there are far fewer nickel than blue, and the matte nickel had the least produced. For a pistol that's about 90 years old, it's in great shape, and surprising modern features - Mr. Ortgies was well ahead of his time. If you have a chance to pick one up for fun, don't hesitate. Got mine for $90 shipped to my ffl - a nice cheap pickup I think
