I've oc'd there 1 weekend a month in manheim for the past year a d a half. No issues.

Not OC'ing, but I've had at least two bad experiences in general with Lancaster City. In addition, one of their officers used to be my neighbor and he was about the biggest asshole you'd ever want to meet.
MT cops, I've never had a problem with in any respect. My dealings with them they've always been polite and professional.Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: Lancaster city PD/manhien twp pd. any run ins?
MT cops are in general great guys, well-trained, and like their work.
Lanc PD cops in my general experience, have a bug up their collective ass. I know a few very good ones, but the 97% that suck ruin it for the rest of them.
There is a very anti-pd feeling in Lancaster, always been an 'us versus them' mentality, at least since the original Marieletos moved in, then the South Vietnamese, who also had very little love for anyone in a uniform, so maybe they have an excuse for the attitude. Lots of out of town thugs make the job tough, too (short train ride from Philly.)"...a REPUBLIC, if you can keep it."

Re: Lancaster city PD/manhien twp pd. any run ins?
Funny that's how my brother travels I visit them every now and then. We all grew up in philly (my family that is) have open carried in Lancaster around ruby and manor and around the mall without incident I did not go into the mall however picked up my brother a time or two when I was there from work was seen by security all the guy asked was how long I served (window stickers on my car) we talked he inquired about my pistol I gave him a flyer and was on his way. Some other areas also without incident including turkey hill not too long after they were robbed two Lancaster pd were there looked me over asked how my day was going that was it only time I ever had an issue was from a constable I told him if he was given any reason for alarm to call local pd that I had nothing to say to him offered him a flyer he refused and said thanks but no. All in all not bad there. Sorry if I ramble a little one of my quirks and I'm on a mobile.
