    Default Firearms Instructor

    Hi, can any one tell me, or how can I get the info on getting licensed, as a Firearms Instructor in PA in particular the Erie area? I am still in Nevada and will be moving back East to the Erie area shortly. I have NRA Instructor credentials for the following - Personal Protection in the Home, Personal Protection Outside the Home, Home Firearm Safety, and also Range Safety Officer credential. Any info will be greatly appreciated

    I wasn't aware that there were any licensing requirements in the state. Perhaps on the local level. I would see about offering courses through a club/range.

    The only state certifications I know of are to instruct the armed guard and LEO courses.

    If your are an Act 235 of Act 120 instructor you can apply to become an instructor to qualify retired officers for LEOSA also.
