I'm new here ....Does anyone have firsthand experience with NFA in Chester County?

I'm interested in getting a Serbu Super Shorty. understand they are legal in Pa. and that Chester County is NFA friendly. Could anyone tell me the proper procedures to follow. I currently hold 2 CCW'S one for Pa and one for Utah so I'm not worried about issues on a background check. However I'd hate to spend the money and find out I can't get a sign off on the weapon. Also I was thinking of using Target Master in Chadds Ford and they are telling me it's a $200.00 tax stamp but everywhere else I'm hearing its a $5.00 stamp. Any help? Thank you.
