Re: A bill from a real DEFENDER OF THE CONSTITUTION - HB 1187
I'm confused; The Capitol as in the Building or the Capitol as in Harrisburg? Carry in the Capitol building is already restricted as it has a court facility and banning carry in Harrisburg...Really?
Either way, I think I have missed something.

Text of the bill is up.
See first post for link.
In a way this has good parts to it.
The Capitol will have to provide storage at each building listed in the bill instead of having a single storage area. The 2A does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not INFRINGE our right.

This must be the same Angel Cruz who wants to stay in office to lock in his pension and medical benefits. Oh, and he forgot to read the constitution of the Commonwealth...

A quick Google search shows that Angel Cruz is a Democrat from Philadelphia. Right there are two reasons he is irrelevant. Are there really enough legislators that are willing to lose their jobs, that they would follow this guy?

Sure there are, because they know the skels in their districts won't vote against them. Don't forget a couple or three years ago the Philly Dems put up anti-gun amendments to every bill that came to the floor and forced what they called a "Committee of the Whole" in which their bullshit was defeated. But, they kept trying and they still haven't stopped.
