Agreed to sell a Kel-tec Sub 2K: settled on price, meeting location and time. I asked for xDistortion's name and driver's license (to verify PA residence). I was merely following the guidelines provided in the PAFOA Classified Rules posting "It is the responsibility of every seller and every buyer to comply with all state and federal laws, which includes verifying the buyer's state of residence, refusing sales to prohibited persons, and additional requirements."

Just so I have a record of the sale, I will be using the Bill of Sale found on the PAFOA site (http://forum.pafoa.org/feedback-109/...-free-use.html). I will need your real name, and driver's license (to make sure you are a PA resident).
I'll pass I don't like giving my personal information to individuals that are not businesses, it's unsafe in this world to do so. I'm canceling the deal. No longer interested thanks anyway.
I'm suspicious. Only a PAFOA member for 3 days. No name = no gun.Last edited by johnpsu; March 24th, 2011 at 06:47 PM. Reason: editted text.
