Quite honestly it seems he doesn't get asked about CCW enough. A nice mass email and phone call campaign from PA and NJ people would certainly make things speed along.

Even better than that, usually people who are good for making things great moneywise also like liberty a lot. Anti gun states have gone in the toilet economically while pro gun and pro liberty states have prospered and grown. If Christie is genuinely honest about wanting things to get better there, then making things more welcoming to those who make prosperity happen is the way to get it done.

Re: Christie of NJ on CCW
I think you're on the right track here. While we focus on the firearm aspect of things, I think we need step back a few steps, the firearm control in this equation is only one small part of the bigger picture. Nanny states, or states who attempt to legislate and regulate the lives and businesses of their citizens are the ones that have the biggest financial losses. Face it, governments are NOT profit centers, nor or they make/ manufacture anything, so in order for them to have money they have to confiscate it through taxes. The more the citizens demand the state doe something, the more it costs, the more it costs the more taxes needed. The more taxes needed the more regulations and income points (licenses, tax points, etc). Those with the means leave for friendlier grounds, leaving less tax base.....
Regan had it right, less government in people's lives and business means more money in government coffers. If something truly "NEEDS" done free market economy means someone WILL do it (for their own profit). I honestly don't know which is worse the states and politicians like in New Jersey and New York (to name two but not limited to) or the citizens who elect them thinking they can't get along with out the state controlling everything.
