    Default Sig DAK conversion

I picked up a P220R Compact yesterday. I've had a P220R DAK for about two years and decided I wanted the compact in the DAK configuration. After a little research, I swapped out the appropriate parts. My problem is now the full size, which was a DAK and is now a DA/SA, has a VERY heavy DA trigger pull. The SA seems to be right and the compact (now in DAK) appears to be functioning properly. Any ideas on what I may have done wrong?

I could be wrong, but in the Sig owners manual it says they the DAK pistols cannot be converted over correctly and/or safely.

I've found no such warning. You saw that in the manual? I saw a parts list on topgunsupply.com to go from DA/SA to DAK and from DAK to DA/SA.

Im not at home at the moment, but tomorrow I will post what page its on.
I see sig's have new manuals with them.
All of my sigs came with the white older manuals.
So, maybe they dont have a warning anymore about it.

I did a quick read through the manual and I didn't see it. If you happen to find something I certainly be interested. In the mean time, I'm going to the range tomorrow and I figure I'll either have a useless piece of metal, a single shot, or a functioning gun. Thanks
